nature play houses contribute the same aspect to play in the life of young children, a familiar cosiness. They are places to retreat to, to meet, share secrets, organise and plan. The play hut or house is a haven and introduction in microcosm to home life. Too small for adults, it is where they are the ‘boss’ and can create their own storylines.

Open-sided with benches for the opportunity of hand eye coordination, perhaps with bucket and spade, they are inviting and the perfect place to learn how to communicate and share.
