Jump on the monkey bar. Go straight and move your hands as fast as you can.

How to do:

1. Jump on the monkey bars;

2. Go straight and alternate hand to hand;

3. Back on the ground;

Recommendations:

If alternating hands is difficult for you, move one hand forward and bring the other hand to the same bar.
